The interior was designed with respect for the post-industrial character of the existing building, whose greatest asset is the preserved brick ceiling, lending the space a distinctive rhythm. The historic fabric forms a backdrop for a contemporary arrangement built on bold colour accents and a deliberately crafted atmosphere. The centrepiece is the bar, accented in an intense shade of orange that draws guests' attention from the moment they enter. Displayed wine collections become an integral part of the décor, building the identity of the place. The design rests on a balance between openness and intimacy, where gastronomy, wine and architecture form a coherent story of shared experience.
